Weekly Group Intervention
Find your true self in Nature!

Research shows that just two hours of nature connection each week for four weeks can significantly improve mood and overall well-being for everyone.
If you’ve decided to make a change for a balanced life, this is a great first step!
We focus directly on each of our senses in this method, which allows us to exercise our nervous system in a new way.
It affects our cells and nerves in a unique way that few other approaches can.
Our six-week group sessions involve focusing on one sense each week. You'll finish the programme completely familiar with the method, ready to apply it yourself in your daily life.
Forest Bathing is a personal experience. It is all about our connection with nature and through it, ourselves. After each exercise, we have a short group sharing. In this safe environment, we just listen to each other without judgment, and we only share as much as we want.
Socialising is a very important part of the healing process. These groups are not for deep conversations, but an amazing opportunity to be in a community.

Forest bathing is a highly effective approach for addressing burnout, depression, anxiety, and a range of stress-related illnesses, including high blood pressure, heart and respiratory problems, and frequent headaches. Moreover, evidence shows it can powerfully strengthen the immune system, support recovery from and prevention of cancer, and alleviate the symptoms of menopause.
The widespread issue in the modern world is undoubtedly stress and its related health problems. The isolation and routine of working from home, for instance, can swiftly contribute to burnout. Similarly, those holding positions of high responsibility often find themselves contending with heart conditions.

Being a Mum is a special chapter of life.
Whilst we absolutely adore our children and this period is a truly wonderful and unique one, we're all familiar with just how tiring it can actually be.
Many mothers often find themselves feeling isolated, exhausted from sleepless nights, and grappling with the challenges of their new living situation, which can lead to considerable self-doubt, even burnout over the years.
A mother often struggles to find time to recharge and relax.
As a mother of 3, I was there too.
After 7 years at home, I've noticed I am just simply not the person and mother I want to be. I was just constantly overwhelmed and stressed.
That's why I started to work on a method with the tools of Forest Bathing, especially for mothers with young children.
Even with our little ones around, it's entirely possible to engage our senses and experience the healing benefits for our nervous system.
For this unique sections, babies and toddlers under 4 are welcome, but not mandatory!

The Best Rx? It's the Forest.
Our groups offer a powerful natural prescription: a fun and gentle way to socialize, a boost for your immune system, and a calming anchor for your mind's peace and brain function.
It is not hiking, and suitable for all conditions.
Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) is a slow, easy practice. If you can take a gentle stroll, you can do this. There are no steep trails and no intense exercise involved.
The trees release natural compounds (phytoncides) that are proven to increase your body’s Natural Killer (NK) cells—the ultimate defense against illness.
Forest bathing dramatically lowers levels of the stress hormone cortisol. You'll feel a calming relief that lasts long after you leave the woods, helping you achieve deeper peace. Reduced stress naturally translates to better quality sleep and a lifted, more positive day-to-day mood.
Stepping away from screens and into nature is a proven way to reduce mental fatigue, increase concentration, and promote better brain function.
