We'll build your Personal Plan specifically around your needs and preferences. Each week, we'll gently introduce new steps, giving you ample time to integrate them smoothly into your daily life.
We aim to empower you to adapt and learn nature healing tools, helping you to integrate understanding of how the environment impacts well-being and build practical skills for a better quality of life.
By the end of the four weeks, you'll have all the knowledge and tools you need to confidently continue creating your plan long into the future.
As part of this package, you can either choose to be a part of a 6-week Weekly Group Session or a Monthly Renewal.
