What is Shinrin Yoke -Forest Bathing?
Japanese practice of mindfully immersing oneself in the forest atmosphere using all five senses to improve health and well-being, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and boosting the immune system, as it's not about hiking but about connecting with nature slowly and intentionally.
"Shinrin" means forest, and "yoku" means bath, so it's bathing in the forest's atmosphere.
To de-stress, improve mood, lower blood pressure, and strengthen immunity by slowing down and connecting with natural surroundings.
Forest Bathing gaining traction in the UK.

Eszter's Journey
Welcome to my website!
I have always found my greatest comfort and clarity in nature.
When I first learned about the research highlighting the benefits of nature on the human body, I recognised that I had to be part of it.
My professional journey in biology, teaching, leading nature connection groups, and working in higher education led me to become a Forest Bathing Therapist.
My goal is to help people create a sustainable and balanced life with the tools of Shinrin-yoku.
